FP check

Dear Ciba,

After reading your message about FP check experience on your web site, I would like to share my FP experience.

I had my FP taken at the Los Angeles ASC on July 3,2001, it did take about 10-15 minutes for the actually FP process to be completed, but the supervisor came to approve it at the end of the process. However, on July 20, 2001, my interview day, I was told that the FBI has rejected my FP due to various reasons(I think the officer did mention that the FP was unclear). If it was appoved at the ASC, how can it be unclear? Any opinion?

Thanks.

Shirley, I dont understand one thing, if you took FP on July 3, then how come you got a interview call so early, July 20th. Are you a 485 candidate...thanks

Hi Shirley,

Technicians at ASCs do not "approve" finger prints. They
may think the prints are clear, but it is up to FBI to
classify whether they will accept the results or not.
Your finger prints are most likely not clear (unreadable)
according to FBI\'s standards.

helper,

I think Shirley took her finger prints in July 2000 (not
2001).

interview notice

My FP was supposed to be in the middle of June, but I was out of
town, so I did it on July 3. Interview notice was received the first
week of July.
