FP Came quickly, a couple of months only!

Hello,

I applied for I-485 in August 15, 2000 and now I have a FP notice.

PD is current, 2000
RD is August 15, 2000
ND is September 15, 2000
FP received on October 26, 2000

How long after FP submission will I receive the GC?

Nobody seems to know how long does it take after FP to get the I-485 approved.

Some say it takes months after FP; others says it takes 4 months to get he I-485 approved. Is this the situation?

Yes! in my friend\'s case, it takes about 5 months after fingerprint for him to get the approval notice for I-485.
