FP before I-140 approval is it possible

Hi Guys

My EB1A was approved last week from TSC. Yesterday i received fingerprinting notice from NSC, where i filed my NIW with I-485 in on july 19. My NIW 140 is still pending.

I think usually FP notice comes only when I-140 is approved, do you think they automatically linked my I-485 with approved EB1A. Although i provided my EB1A case no while filing NIW 140 and I-485.

It is not neccessory to wait for I140 approval for FP. Once u submit 485, they will do FP even 140 is pending.
You are wrong, they do not link you 485 with approved EB!A 140. You need to request and is complex procedure. Go thr the thread in the forum about this. So, you will get an idea.

goviks is right. FP has nothing to with I-140. It is done after filing 485.
