I called the following numbers for the fingerprint result. Just ask what the status of your FP by giving your alien number.

Call FBI at 304-625-5590 or 304-625-2406.
 
just received a interview letter for spouse case ,which was transfered to baltimore.

i have a question.........they have sent a check list... which one i should follow..

it has employment based 485
family based 485..

i got my GC approved on employment based. my spouse got transfered to Baltimore...

please advice which check list i should follow....
 
To be safe just do both check lists (employment and marriage). Its no harm....compile nicely in a file. Make a photocopy of each document you bring. So when they asked a copy you already had it in your hand. It make their job easier. You even can punch hole on top of the copies so that they just insert it in your file on interview date.

Bring all the originals with you but only give them the copy. Good luck :)
