FP-AVM Msg...Need Guidence

After giving fingerprints at Newark NJ immediately after 2 days AVM for my wife says that fingerprints recd and process has resumed on her case. What does it mean by not updating AVM Msg for my case? I have given FP by Ink and she has given by computer (scanned)...will that be the reason? or have they recd FP reults of only her? Can you help? Thanks.

I have the exact same scenario.......
My AVM changed to prints collected and pending review roughly 15 days after FP and it has not changed from there on.
My wife\'s AVM changed to the above mentioned message within 6 days and on the seventh day it changed to review done and processing resumed....
I would assume that once the FPs are collected, we shouldn\'t care as there seems to be no rhyme or reason why a manual FP should take longer. As per the FBI, they did not delay my FP processing. Hence the AVM update seems to be an internal INS snafu
