I received FP notice

Location: Detroit
Priority Date: Apr 97
485 filed: March 2001
FP Dated: December 14 th 2001

Gurus, How long do you think it takes to get an approval after FP
 
F.P. Notice

Can you tell me which F.P. notice have you received. Some people are getting F.P. Notice with an option to go on scheduled date and if they can\'t go they can go on any following wednesadys, others are getting F.P. notice that requires rescheduling if they miss the appointment date. I have seen both f.P. notices, one for Dallas, tx that has bottom portion to be used for rescheduling and the other from NSC that clearly specifies that they can go on any wednesdays (with in some date) if they miss that date. I appreciate your feedback as I am from detroit with R.D. Mid Feb 2001 and will be out of town for almost a month.

EAD and AP - received
FP - Pending
 
RD 4/2/01... still no FP

Any one in the same boat? From Detroit?
Does any one know how longs its taking to get FP in this area?

You should call your lawyer to file inquiry, or write to senators,
or call IIO. Don\'t be a silly silent lamb. It is YOUR i485,
not others.

My ND IS 03/22/01 and haven\'t got the FP notice yet. So pleas eupdate with your ND and details?

Do you hear in AVM when FP is issued

Hi,

Do you hear any thing in AVM if FP is issued while checking the 485 status. What happens if you miss FP in the mail. Based on AVM message, can we go to INS for finger printing. Can we get FP done any where or only from the place mentioned.

I appreicate your information.
