FP appointment once it's expired

My finger prints are 13 months old and they would be expiring in in sometime. Would it be ok to ask INS to give appointment for another FP as they are mostly going to expire before case is adjucated. This way could save some time on rescheduling of FP when my file is picked.

What do u guys say ????

It has been discussed number of times on this board and the conclusion was, nothing you can do. Maximum you can call IIO and the reply would be we will send you 2nd FP notice when it will be required.

But you can ask your lawyer to send FAX inquiry or you can also send fax by your self. But there is nothing to worry it will take its own time.
 
Received 2nd FP notice

I received 2nd FP notice yesterday on 05/05/03.
Schedule FP date 5/28/03.

Will try to do early FP.

My first FP expired on 04/17/03.

My FP expired on 04/18/03 and am not sure what to do...
