Looks like most of the people how gave FP in May (mostly between may 8-10) are getting approvals now

I was observing the same pattern on finger print dates .vs. approvals.

FP at same time but no approval

Don't mean to interrupt the flow of case updates on this thread,

But I had FP on 05/04/07, but no approval yet.

Any hope for me or not? With the # of times I'm checking this site and logging onto uscis website to check for lud's, I feel I can tear out my hair........

Saw on trackitt.com that there's another person, same category as mine from India with RD: 09/30/05; ND: 10/02/05 got approved from TSC.

EB2-NIW (India), I-140/I-485 filed to CSC on RD: 10/03/05; ND: 10/13/05.
Transferred to TSC in March 2006.
I-140 approved from TSC in June 2006.
Don't know if NC/Background checks are done or not.
