FP and AP - Pleasea help

I140 EB2- ND (4/14/03), AD(08/18/03)

I485/I131/AP - ND ( 7/13/03)

EAD approval date - 8/20/03. Yes it got cleared after two days of I140 clearance!!

Here are my questions :
1. I have not received any FP notification yet. Is it ok?
2. How long it is taking for AP to clear NSC lately?
3. I have renewed my passport recently. Do I need to notify INS about it?

3. Yes. Notify BCIS about this for all the pending applications where passport number was mentioned (I485, I140)
 
I have noticed today the following online message at BCIS website for my AP application

"On August 22, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

- Is this message of approval?
- I am yet to send my renewed passport details. Can you advise me on the formalities?
