Found another A#

I just checked that I had a A# when I was on OPT (9 years back) and now I have a different A# on my Green card. What will the effect of this be on my citizenship application?

Should I mention the old A# on the application along with the recent A#?
What kind of delay are people seeing in their application because of 2 A#'s? What is the recommended approach?

Please help since I am very concerned about this.

------- write the A# that is on your Green Card

------------- they have to pull both the files with dual A#
What is the recommended approach?
------------ write on the cover letter that on your OPT you had A#...... and on your Green Card A# is ..... you can write your past details how you have two A# they may have to join both the files.
Please help since I am very concerned about this.
