Forum Experts please advise..could this be a 485 RFE??

I just spoke over the phone at TSC. My case was transferred back in March but 140 still has not......!!!

Also, recently when I applied for 131 renewal (3rd time)( @TSC) and did not send my I-140 - got NOID - responded with the I-140 approved application. I did not know that they didn't have my 140 altogether....!!!!

Can they use this I-140 approved application (which I sent in response to 131 NOID) for my 485 or will they have to get it from VSC and only then they will accept it????

Anybody in the similar situation?....what shall I do??????

I NOTICED LUD ON MY 485 COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OFFICER TODAY. COULD THIS BE A RFE FOR 140??

I got the very same response from the customer rep @ TSC.
She told me that she cannot see my 140 because it is not attached to my case. When I gave her the 140 no., she was able to retrieve it. However, when she puts in the 485 no., she couldn't see the 140 no. because it was approved @ VSC.My LUD changed the day I called, though didn't see any change after that.

I also applied for I-131 but that got approved without any problem.

I last talked to TSC rep on Friday morning. Also, on Sat. morning, I checked my case online and there was no LUD since Friday. However, today (5/28), there is another LUD on my case.. Wondering why...
 
Today, LUD change happened for me as well......don't know what is going on??/

Looks like we are in similar situation - what is your case detail???

H4 & 485 Issue

ALL Gurus ,
Please advise as visa is current now.
I came on B1/B2 visitor visa and later converted to L1 while in USA by Intra company Transfer and in the mean time my wife got a job on H1 .
I changed my visa to H4 and discontinued L1 after one year because of several difficulties to maintain L1. I was earning on L1 and filed tax jointly with wife and the work undertaken during my L1 were completed and paid in next two years while on H4 and filed taxes too.
My concerns are :
1) My wife is about to file I-485 , is tax return definitely required to send with I- 485 filling?
2) There is no column in any of the forms to express the income of H4 dependent.
3)Is this advisable to mention the Social security number of H4 dependent on I-485 forms as it is understood H4 never possess social security number?
4) Is this required to show that H4 earned income even after L1 was converted to H4?
5)Should I file my wife's separate Tax in year 2006 if required at the time of filling I-485 if Tax return is definitely needed?
6) Pay Stub ,W2 and letter from the employer is sufficient for I-485?
7) What are the repercussions if we do not mention L1 + Income of spouse of H-1 and proceed with principal applicant's dependent as H4 spouse while filling I485 ?
8) Or we file I-485 at this time for Principal applicant and one child and do not mention the dependent spouse now to get the Green card at least for the principal applicant?
I will appreciate your valuable advice to proceed further wisely.

Received another LUD this morning on my case.. Wondering why.. See case details..

I called them on 5/16.
There was a LUD change late evening 5/16 and another one on 5/17.
I also recevied the automated mails since there was a message change.
The message is the same as when the case got transferred to TSC. Basically they are alternating the messages "This case has been sent to TSC" and "The case is now pending at TSC".

May be they just updated the 140 no. or just updated that we called.

I also met with an immigration officer this morning through infopass.....no body knows what is going on. Sometimes I feel, this forum and folks here are much knowledgeable than the agency.....

We are in the same boat, after transfer/FP-2, no progress. Keep your finger cross, goodluck. Lets hope USCIS is working on.

LUDs on my case stopped on 5/29, so I am back to the waiting mode.

anka....there have been updates in our LUDs. At the same time our (for me and my wife) 765 renewals statuses have changed like card ordered and approval notice sent. I wonder if our 485s have been touched because of these 765 approvals.

We can only speculate ...only God knows what is really going on within USCIS....
