Formula for a SRC-YY-DDD date?

I tried to search the forum for that, but failed

What might be the formula for the SRC number? Supposedly the first two digits are the year and the next three are the day number. But is the year a fiscal year (starting Oct 1)? Even so, my numbers don't match

SRC: center id
yy: year like 02: year2002
ddd: the nth day of the fiscal year starting from Oct.1, please NOT include any weekends and national holidays when you count.
nnnnn: your individual case number

Now try your number again and it should be right. Hope that will stright out your question!
