Forms to file?

Hi --
I am a naturalized USC.. I want to apply for GC for my husband of three years.. who is currently under H1B.
His H1B is good for another 3 years..
Do I need to file I-765 with the initial I-130 & 1-485?

Thanks for the help
 
if he wants to abandon his H1B, and start working for another employer with AOS EAD - yes. The fee for EAD is already included in the AOS fee anyway. But other than that - he doesn't have to file for AOS EAD.
