Forms to file for marrying student on f1 visa

Hi,

I'm in the states on a F1 Visa, and just got married to an US Citizen a week ago. I know there is plenty information on the USCIS website, but it's so confusing and I want to be sure that I don't do anything wrong.



Please don't refer me to another website, as I get totally lost on those

Can anyone please give me some information on how I apply for my Green Card and permition to work? Which are the forms he needs to file and which are the ones I need to file?

This is what I understood so far:

he files I-130, I-864 and G-325A
and I file I-485, I-131, I-765 and G-325A.

But I want to be sure that this is correct!!!!

yes, he files i 130,i 864 and G325 -i enclosed 4 forms of it , however ppl say that the new g325A doesnt require 4 ,but just 1,to be on the safe side u can enclose 4 ,it does not hurt
u file i 485 G325A i 765 and i 131 only if u would like to work and travel abroad.they r not mandatory.
u will need 2 photos of him and u. (they go for the advance parole) and they will take u separate photos at the biometrics for ur EAD and GC.
u make sure u have completed i 693 medical and u enclose the sealed envelope from the civil sergeon when sending the forms. i sent my docs to chicago lock box, u have to check where u r going to send it,but i think the same,Check the instructions on i 485,
u need letter from ur husbands employer stating how much he earns and blah blah
copies of his pass, ur pass,ur i94 from front and back ,visas,birth ceritficate-for u foreign birth cert and also certified translated one,if u have joint bank account u can enclose it also ,because later they might make u send RFE-request for evidence for ur relationship or someth and this will delay the process. some ppl say its not necessery,but -be on the safe side,.u also make cover letter and u make a separate letter explaining why u need advance parole-for example u wanna see ur family.i hope i dont forget something.on the back side of the photos-u write with pencil ur and ur husbands name and A # if u have such and u send the forms . In 2 weeks or so u will get NOAs for i 485 i 130 i 765 and i131 and then u wait for biometrics. hope this helps
