Depends on your situation. Are you filing I-485 for your spouse along with your I-485?. If so, then, you have to submit I-134, which is the affidavit of support.
You don\'t require to file I-134 affidavit for support for your spouse alongwith I485. That requirement is now gone for employment based I485 adjustment of status. Employer\'s letter is sufficient.
