Forms/Fee/Medical questions on filing 485

I'm applying for myself + my wife a 485 with AP and EAD. Here are my questions
- please help:

Forms Question:

1) Should I submit 1-each of 485/EAD/AP applications for my wife too, or only 1 485
(for myself) and 1-each of EAD/AP ?

Fee Question:

2) How much fee needs to be submitted ?


Medical Question:

3) Can we submit medicals (for both myself and wife) later - or does it have to
be upfront ?

Is there any site which lists all the required documents to be submitted with the 485/AP/EAD application ?

Go to google.com and search for I-485 application procedure.
Also go to ins.gov and search for I-485 form. u will find all information there.

It is better to submit ur medical form with I-485 while applying. INS will raise RFE if they don't find Medical form and it will delay ur process.

you will find all the forms, fees, documents etc required for 485 filing.

Guys,

I'm still clear as mud about the following:

1) File just one 485 application or two ?
(I'm the applicant and my wife is dependent)

2) Two applications (one each) for EAD and A.P ?
