My friend had completed masters in X(reputed and legal) university in Aug 2008 and had been on OPT for 1 year up to Aug 2009. After that as OPT expired joined TVU for Phd in Sept 2009 and worked on CPT from day 1. Meantime applied for H1B with previous master degree and got approved in Nov 2009.He is working on H1B from then. He completed one semester with TVU attending classes and got his grades too. After that he never enrolled in any classes.
Don't know whether he is safe or need to worry with on going investigation on TVU..please suggest.
