Format for AC21 reply

Yee Man Chan/Any one who replied to Employment RFE after change of job can please post the format that Attorney used...

Does the attorney have to mention AC21 rules etc...

Will appreciate if someone can post the format of their reply to Emp. RFE..

are you representing youself. if you have an attorney, they should have this format with them. my attorney has proposed certain format, let me find it for you but i'm not sure if i can post here. But i don't remember there is a lot of description about ac21. just a few lines.

You r right my company gave me a standard letter and I attached few paystubs with that..

Can you post the verbage of the letter? It would benefit few of us who opted to take the advantage AC21.
