Form N400 rev. date

The N400 form that I am filling has a rev. date of Oct 26, 2005. However the instructions document has a rev. date of February 02, 2006. Do I have an older version of the N400 form? Where can I get the latest version?

You have the correct version. N400 form is indeed dated Oct 26 2005.
