I have a couple of question about this form.
1.) Question 10 says to enter the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this form from part 3, items 8 and 9. I entered 1 on that field because i am just supporting my wife. I put my wife's information on part 2 of the form. and checked off "yes" for question 8 and left question 9 untouched as there is nobody else i am supporting. However when i got to part 5 question 21 (a), i entered 1 for (a) and (c). The rest I did "0" So (h) tells us to add together all the lines and it will give you the household size. If I add all the lines together I get "3" which must be wrong because it is just me and my wife. I notice next to question 21 it says "do not count anyone twice." Am I filling out the forms incorrectly somewhere or if (a) and (c) are the same, which mean i counted them twice?
2.) This is a question about the poverty line. I noticed for a two family househould that the poverty line is $17,500.00 Is this a Gross income level or is it a NET income level?
