Can you be a bit more specific? Cant make out what you are asking.

I am confused on how to answer part 4, section C, "Sponsor's Annual Houshold Income." I filed a joint return, but want to base the sponsorship on my income only. I understand that I need to check the "I filed a joint return..." and the "Iam submitting documentation of my individual..."

However, I am not sure what do you put in the last line of this section "Total Household Income". Not sure if this is related to the sistuation when you do a joint sposnsorship or if you have to fill anyway. I am wondering what do you put in that line, if you filled sposnsorship based on you indiviual income.

Thank you

If you filed a joint income tax return and are using only your own income to qualify, you must submit copies of your W-2s for each of the most recent 3 tax years along with copies of federal tax return for the last three years.

You write your individual income on the line for
"Sponsor's individual income ___________"

Total household income would be same as above.

Thank you Ari4U,
so u don't have to put the total household income as you might have in your tax report, just your share of it (assuming you are the sponsor)

Total household income is the sum, is the mathematic formula for all the incomes that you are introducing. So is equal to your individual income, if you are not introducing other incomes.
