Hey everyone,

A quick question - my employer in Colorado filed my I-129 (TN) eos at the California Service Station.
I was emailed a receipt copy by my employer. Upon looking at the form I-797C, the address on it says Vermont Service Center.

Question: did the California service center forward my extension paperwork to Vermont service center?

Please advise.

Thank you!

Obviously they did. Many years ago the for regional centres were "paired" thus able to send work between each other.

Did this really need "advice"?

Appreciate the update, Nelsona!

I did have a follow up question:
As my i94 expired and with my eos in pension status, can I (Canadian Citizen) travel outside of USA (my brothers wedding is coming up in August) and come back without any issues?

No you cannot.
If your I-129 in still in pending status when you try to return to US, you will not be allowed entry unless you submit a border TN petition at that time, since your I-94 will be expired. Your 240-day grace period only applies while you STAY in US. Once you leave, you either need to wait for the I-129 to be approved, or apply at border.
