Form I-765 and fee question

Does someone applying for I-485 through a family based petition I -130 have to pay the fee for I-765 or is that waived?

I noticed a fee of $ 380 but all other fees are already paid for.

I-765 for EAD and I-131 for Advance Parole are free for all AOS applicants.

Please note that, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131.
