Hi
I just read your message and it gave me a little hope. My husband filed I-130 for me on January 25, they actually received the application on Feb 1. You say that your application has already been approved, so looking at your dates it seems like our application should be approved soon, too. But now I am wondering if where your application is processed has any influence on how soon it will be approved. Our application has been sent to California Service Center. Where was your processed?
By the way, I checked the processing dates and they show that now they are processing applications filed in September 2006. So I am not sure if mine will be approved just as fast as yours or maybe we will need to wait 6 months. :(

Good luck with your case!!!

if you married to USC, you don't have to wait for I-130 to be approved. You can either file I-130 and I-485 together (recommended), or you can file I-130, get a notice of receipt, and file I-485 with a copy of I-130 notice of receipt (some people do that, although they may have very special circumstances or simply don't know they can file them together).
