Form I-130 (Green card for Spouse of LPR)

Hello,

I'm LPR of USA I got married in India and My wife is in India.
I filed my wife's form i 130 on 6 may 2013 and on September 6 2013 the case is moved to local office (New York city) and now showing they started processing from local office (NYC)
My questions are :-

1. How long it takes to get approval from local office ? (Priority dates are current for F2A Category)
2. As soon as I-130 gets approve can I schedule her interview in Delhi ?? (Whats is the next step after approval of form I-130 ,Please advise step by step)
3. How long it take for her visa interview from the first day i filed for her May 6, 2013? ( since priority dates are current)
4. Do I need to be there with her on interview day in India ?

Hi,
After your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative approval, USCIS will notify a mail to you about the interview date. After approval , you will require to marry your Fiancee within 90days of the entry.
After that you will require to File form I-485, Application to Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident.

NO. The OP is already married. Otherwise they wouldn't be a "relative" and the I-130 is for relatives.

You are trying to talk about the fiance visa, which is not relevant here. Also, the fiance visa would use I-129F, not I-130. Also, fiance visa is only for fiances of citizens, not LPRs.

I am in the same boat my husband is in NEPAL and I am LPR here applied on jun-13 and they moved my case to NBC still no progress

After I-130 approval, which generally takes 3-6 months, it's another 3-4 months for NVC to forward the case and have the consulate contact her. So no, you can't schedule her interview right after I-130 approval. The I-130 might be approved this year, but she almost certainly won't get an interview this year, and F2A retrogression could delay her interview until 2015.

You don't need to be with her at the interview in India.
