I am filing I-130 for my foreign wife
#17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative.
I am the husband, do I need to write my name there again?
If the answer is NO, then what do I write there since she has no children
and I dont think writing NONE is a good idea.

#22. My city doesn't have an immigration office, it is in kansas city which is
about 30 miles away, should I write my city or kansas city?

Thank you all for your help.

You should write N/A. That section is used when you file for your father/ mother/ brother/sister or any other relative that qualifies for immigration benefits by you.

You should write the nearest DO where you can attend the interview. If kansas is the nearest, then thats what you should write.
Thank you all for your help.
