Form I-129 for H1B petition Query

Hi,
If a US based company files H1B application then in what all details do they need to provide in part V of Form I29.
While declaring their companies profile do they have to give the number of bulk petitions that they have filed and expected revenue from them as their current employee strenght and revenue in Part V of form I29 or do they need to give their actual employee strength and revenue. How different does it look from the petition filied by an Indian Company
 
Plz advise...
Company which has filed my petition claims to have more than 1000 employees but in Form I-129 they have declared only 15... They are saying that as they are totaly US based orgn so they don't have to post the number of bulk petitions instead of the actual employee strength and revenue.
I am not sure if they are telling the truth or not.
