I am sponsoting my spouse. My copy of G325A asks for Applicant's past 5 year address and employment history, Does the Applicant refers to myself or my spouse ?

Your G325A is all about you. Your spouse's is all about your spouse. Note that the G325A is used for both I130 and I485, so do not expect the terminology to be entirely consistent with that of the I130.

The G-325A set is not four copies of the same form. The footers are different on each page.
