Form G-325A question ?

I have to be sure about this one !! I know I have to send 2 times the form G-325A. Who has to complete them ? Should I sign both of them ? Does my husband need to complete one of them ?

It depends on what forms you are filing

If you're filing an I-130 concurrently with the I-485, you need two sets of G325As (one for you and one for your. If you are filing I-485 based on an I-130 or I-129F that was already approved, then you only send a set of G325As for yourself.

Also if you're filing I-485, I-130 and I-765, you need to fill in and sign two copies for yourself, and one for your husband. Each one is four copies, and they are fillable, so you can do it in the computer, and the computer will copy everything four times. It's faster
