What is the "enclosed self-adhesive return address label"

I am finding this rather confusing, if anyone can clarify for me it would be most appreciate

There isn't any longer an address label. They are too stupid to change even the simplest things.

so in other words writing the address yourself on the envelope is sufficient?

Yes. Whne it used to be letter notifications, they would send an address label together with your winning letter and forms. All you needed to do then was peel off the address sticker, put it on an envelpe, put in your forms and bar code and mail them.

Personally, I don't even see the need for this stage in the game. One should simply take the forms to the embassy during the interviews. If they need extra information, why not ask petitioners to enter it online
