Form DS-156: PLease please help!

Hi All,

My H1b got approved from the period of October 1, 2009-September 2012.

I am going from H4 to H1b COS. This is my first job in the last 5 years, since I just found an empployer to sponsor my visa.

Right now, I am in India for my H1b stamping.

Anyways, my question is on the form DS-156, What do I put for

Question 20: Name and Address of Present Employer or School?
DO I put the employer who has sponspored me because its already October 9, 2009 and technically I am supposed to be working there? or do I leave it blank?

2. Present occupation: Same as above, do I put my designation or role at the sponsored employers company or do I leave it blank?

DO I put the employer who has sponspored me because its already October 9, 2009 and technically I am supposed to be working there? or do I leave it blank?
----------------------------At this time you are NOT working with US employer.
2. Present occupation: Same as above, do I put my designation or role at the sponsored employers company or do I leave it blank?

------------- FYI at this time Fresh H1 dont get job in US. Make sure before you come to US if employer will pay you or has real job for you. Bench is not allowed and you may become out of status if not get paid once you are in US.
