Forgot to write case number on right corner of forms

Hi,

I was in a hurry and I completely forgot to write case number on right corner of dsp-122, sd-230 forms and also on photos...

do you think that might create any problem ? should I contact kcc ?

well I think If you are too much worry, you can send the forms again, because I did it before and I sent new forms after contacting kcc, they send me an email that I can send the forms again and replace them withe new corrected forms, so if you are dv 2011 winner you have the time to send them again with a letter explaining why you send them again, don't be worry, good luck and send them by fedex or dhl

1st time I sent them by dhl... I can re-send forms it's easy but do you think it's necessary ? I just forgot to write case number on right...

well I will give you a good answer I think, the best thing to call kcc or email them about this case, and they will answer you, the email is kccdv@state.gov, when you send the email you have to contain your full name and date of birth and your case number, and after that put your inquiry, I think it will be OK

I just called kcc and asked about it and they said it won't be any problem.

I think there is no any problem, through family name and date of birth...they can get case number
