Forgot to ask

Hello again,
In my previous post ("info needed"- couple of lines down) I forgot to ask one more question.Please bear with me......I am not trying to be annoying just trying to gather some info which I cannot find here on the forum, which is a little unusual

So here it is:
I am from Slovakia, I am currently in South Korea for business presentation for one slovakian company and I am expected to stay here till july.
My question would be.....Is it ok for my relatives back in Slovakia to send my NL to South korea, I would fill it out here (get the pics) and mail it from here(South korea)? 1.) I am worried about the return address because I cannot put Slovakian address in Korea as a return address.It has to be korean address.Would that be a problem?
2.) South Korea has been excluded from DVLottery for long time now! Would they take my Korean return address as a problem...take me for Korean or such?

Your Korean mailing address is not a problem. They wouldn't think you are Korean, just because you are there on a business trip. Yes, your relatives can send you the notification letter and you can in the meanwhile download DS-230 and DSP-122 forms from the DOS website (www.travel.state.gov), fill them out and get them ready.

Just a thought - a bit late for sending your notification letter, isn't it? It's not too late, but people sent theirs for DV-2006 in August-September of last year. How come you are just now sending yours? Is it for DV-2005 or DV-2006?

Another thing: if you currently live in Korea, you can go through the interview there as well if the interview date falls before the end of July. Or you can go back to Slovakia.

Do not forget to get a police certificate from Korea about you not being a criminal if you spent more than 6 months there.
