My birth certificate was written in foreign language. Can I do my own translation and attached the printout of the translated version along with the copied of my birth certificate? Or do I need to have professional translator with appropriate certified copy?
The translation doesn't have to be done by a professional translator, but it must be somebody other than you who doesn't have a close connection to your case, and they must know what they're doing.
