I have a friend who is going to file for EB I-485 soon. He has his I-140 already approved. But he has a recent forecloser history behind him. Will it be a problem in his immigration process or in other words, is forecloser at all a problem in immigration process?
To my knowledge I haven't heard of this... I don't believe your credit or credit history has much to do with this as long as the person will not become a public liability/nuiscance I would imagine the govt. doesn't care... but then again, i'm no lawyer you may want to get a 2nd and/or professional opinion on that....
