Congratulation bro on your freedom. I told several times it's close but you never belived me & kept blaming me for giving false hopes. Bro I sure respect you being a moderator but I have been dealing with this asylum issue last 12 years ( From apply till now) & gathered quite a bit of experience on this. So I was not just giving you all false hopes.
Bro, now forget about all those past days. I am really happy for your approval. You sure would have a wonderful X-mas this year. I myself is feeling so good thinking you are no longer an asylee but a permanent resident of United States Of America. God bless you my friend.

Thanks cody. I wish other fellow asylee brother's were all like u. You remember I wrote that on my earlier post about the code 1 deal & who ever is receiving those will be receiving their approval soon. I bet we all can see that now. Just the difference is some agree with that & some don't want to agree or even acknowledge. But action speaks louder than thoughts & anticipation.
Don't worry bro you are close too. You'll see that yourself. You can have my word on this.

Dear Atique:

You are right. As my timeline was July1, 2000, so soon after INS changed into Sept1, 2000. I called them. a getleman asked:" Did you done code1 on time", "Yes, I did on Nov.16) ". He replied: Definitely you can have a decision before Jan.15. 06, Call us if you cannot hear us after that".

It is my experience with INS.

Thanks Atique. I never blaimed you..Problem was, I had 3 RFE's and 3 BIO's in 1 year..so anyone would be frustrated...I hope you get your GC soon and also others including Lazer etc who have been waiting for long..
