For Transferred 485 Case, Where to File EAD?

My wife's 485 application was transferred from NSC to a local USCIS office for processing. Now she needs to renew her EAD. Where should we send the application? NSC or local office? Can we use e-file? Or do we have to use the paper-based forms? Please help.

---------- If she file EAD with NSC then it will be trasfred to Local USCIS where her I-485 is pending. if she has the transfer notice then attach the copy of transfer notice, copy of I-485 filing reciept with all papers for EAD and file with Local USCIS where file is pending. I will take infopass and take all papers, fees to file EAD and go to local USCIS and will show them notice of file transfer and ask if I should file EAD with them if they say Yes then file when she visit local USCIS if they say send by mail then mail .
