Any updates... did any one speak to VC rep or any other sources? Please update!!!

I just spoke to USCIS representative and she said that our 485 is "out of proceesing date" (our RD for 485 is June 2002). She has sent a query and has asked us to wait for 45 days!

The rep. also confirmed that our name check has been cleared.
She has also sent a request to ASC for FP.

I hope something good comes out of all this finally....

Yep, I rec'd RFE for W2, PS, EVL and for dependent medical.
