I received a Bio notice with code 1, but it doesn't say anything about FP - Confused!!!

I too received 'ASC Appointment Notice' for biometrics with code 3. I am trying to find about codes but so far it is not clear in my mind. What it is?

I read some posts saying that there is code 4. Not sure though.
