For those who have receieved an h1b under the masters quota: RFE response time?

For those who have receieved an H1B under the masters quota. If you have ever been given an RFE, what documents do they usually want? After sending in your documents, how long does it take for them to make a decision?
 
Did you go with premium processing? My case was approved in one week with PP - did not have RFE.
 
I'd say just be patient - important thing is that it made to USCIS on time. Why would you think you might get a RFE?

Hi,

Well, I applied with a letter of completion and not the actual degree. Also, I never submitted my OPT (EAD) card with my petition. My lawyers said it wasn't necessary at the time, though I've heard of people being RFE'd for EAD cards on this forum.
