for those, I-140 cleared, waiting for FP

hi, please add your information here if you have got your I-140 approved, but no FP. I am really concerned why they wouldn't send us FP when they approve the I-140 which is concurrent with I-485.

My information:
I-140&485 ND 08/19/04
I-140 AD 02/01/05
EB2, NC

is there a LUD change for FP notice

hi guys

is there a LUD change for FP notice - i read that there is no LUD change for FP notice,

pl let me know if you have any info

i had a quick question, i see on forum many people have got advanced FP done, can we do it in the local office - please any of you guys let me have feedback

Kabbu,

As I understand, we can't do anything if you haven't received the notice. After you receive it, you could go at the earlier time than what you are scheduled.
 
my I-140 receipt date is 07/22/04 and I haven't received anything so far...i saw a LUD change yesterday (i believe it is for the change of address requested by the company i work for), but I got FP notice today (ND 02/03/05) by mail, scheduled for 03/24/04. Ps. There is no LUD change for FP.

Hi Guys,

i had called TSC today reg some questions abt EAD and also asked the lady abt FP - she says the process will take atleast a year !!!!!!!!!!

I am confused. What process did you mention? Does it mean we have to wait more than one year to get our FP even we already got our I-140 approved?

the lady mentioned that it will take abt a year for the FP and 485 approval, when i mentioned that many people after my date have been approvedm she says she cannot comment on it !!!!!!!!!!

hi, I just got my FP notice by mail.

FP ND 02/09/05
Scheduled for 03/04/05
for both my husband and me

Information as following:
I-140&485, ND 08/18/04
I-140 AD 02/01/05
No update on I-485
EB2 NC

Hope you guys will get yours soon.
