Hi Thankful, I'm sorry for posting this here as I cannot pm you because your inbox is full, if im not allowed to please let me know so I can delete this post. I have asked this question before but have not gotten any answer. I really need your help. I'm a derivative asylee who just got divorced and I know that I need to file asylum nunc pro tunc, I do not have a laywer or can afford one, I been reading the post concerning this situation. what I need to know is how to fill in the form, do I need to attach a letter explaing my situation or... I dont want to mess this up. I'll be very grateful.

Hmm, have you tried asking BigJoe5 or jackolantern? I am not knowledgeable, but I hope you get some comments, at least. It's a pretty simple issue as far as this forum is concerned, I'm sure. Have you done a good search?
