We have sent the most recent PWR to NYS Dept of

> first, test the water to see if there are any
> qualified applicants before we spend any money to
> place ads, or we can do all recruitment at the same
> time. Your call. Think about it and let me know

What do yoy think about this? My lawyer ask about how am I prefer to put the AD first...But I'm confusing about which one need to be first or all recruitment at the same time...can you help me? It's normal that the lawyer to ask me this questions?I think a good lawyer should know which one is the best to do.

thank you

Sorry, I'm not st4guitar or great guru, but I have an opinion: Your lawyer sounds like an idiot.

If I were you (or your lawyer), I'd wait for the prevailing wage determination before I did anything. The whole case should be strategized according to it, after all. When it comes to placing the ads (job order, print ad, etc.), I'd do it all at the same time and see what comes. The sooner all the ads are places, the sooner the resumes (if any) come in, the sooner your employer can deal with the applicants, the sooner you can file ...

That's just my $0.02.

Even any application for your advt there is very many ways to eliminate those with simple reasons, that is why you need an experienced PERM attorney.
You can go ahead with your advt.

Thank you Great Guru....you said there are many ways(simple reasons) to eliminate the candidates. The question is: which are the ways(simple reasons) to eliminate the candidates?

thank you again....

Sorry because I have many questions but the process(GC) is very stressfully for me, for us...

I'm very confusing about what "minumum requirements" means because the husband's company is preparing the test for the candidates if any of them will show up. The test are for every technology: Java, J2EE etc. I don't know any of ways to eliminate the applications, but if somebody have some suggestions about that please fell free to answer. Our cost for the lawyer is 6000$.....we paid 3000$ for Perm. For I 140, I485 will be another 3000$. Sometimes my feelings about my lawyer are very strange, because I have the feeling that she is not to professional or....maybe I'm a bit paranoid........

You can send me PM

Sorry honey -- i wasn't around recently... been swamped at work with cases and deadlines! You know the drill!

Get a new lawyer. GET A NEW LAWYER! Seriously... I want to punch your lawyer in the face. That's ridiculous that HE who you are PAYING to do it RIGHT would ask YOU how to do it! Am I wrong here? That... oy. Some attorneys... ridiculous. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Wait for the PW to come back, otherwise, if it comes back differently than what you have already done/advertized, you'll have to do everything over.

God, I soooo want to take over your case... and have a duel with your current attorney !!!!!!! :-P

Good luck! Email me if you need anything further ! :)
