Don't worry! You may get approval this week. Generally once the case is assigned to an officer it won't take longer than 2 weeks. Check the AVM on Friday after 3:00 PM...

ND - 8/13/01

RFE - 8/6/02 - for BC, recvd. by lawyer on 8/14, overnighted to Nebraska on 8/15, AVM updated on 8/20.

Still waiting..........
 
Oh!... got Approved

I can't believe it now. Finally my self and wife got approved on 08/28/2002.

RD - 7/10/2001
ND - 8/21/2002
FP - 01/22/2002

RFE issued - 8/15/2002 (Employment Letter)
RFE received - 8/20/2002
RFE responded - 8/21/2002 (overnight)
RFE response updated on AVM - 8/22/2002

Final Approval: 08/28/2002 (6 days after they receive RFE)
