HI "One More transfer":

You had mentioned that your case was transferred to Philly
on 4/17. Mine was transferred on 4/25. There is another guy
"Hanuman" whose case was also transferred.

Have you got any further information on your case or on interview
timelines? I visited Phila INS, 2 days back and they gave me a
"depressing" answer, that it is going to take 8 months or more.

Let the 3 of us and anyone else in the same boat keep sharing
information about our cases\' progress.

localtransfer, my case got transferred to Phily on 4/17/01. No interview notice since then. I tried to reach INS Phily by phone. VSC gave us a obsolete number in their transfer notice. Then I got another number from this wonderful site 215-656-7178, which turns out to be an automated voice. It seemed to me INS Phily doesn\'t want to talk to their customers on the phone. Also it would take me nearly 3 hours to drive to Phily. so it would be not as easy as you for me to appear in person. According to INS Phily\'s web site, 90 days is the most for them to process I485. Should we believe in them? I wouldn\'t comment. But the last backup, I think, if you agree, is the 180 day law for I485 filers. Should we trust the law? The law has been passed but still without guideline from INS HQ. Before all these barrier, who could we account on? G. W. Bush? Maybe In God We Believe!
