You know, I've checked the Nebraska Service Center, center where my case was originally accepted, and they're not listing processing dates for i-130 petitions. I'm thinking that maybe they've moved all those cases to Cali or another service center.
Currently, Cali lists that they're processing i-130 petition with a receipt date of January 2005. My Receipt date was 2002. Does this mean for me and other that had Receipt dates around that time, that our cases are now processed, and that we're just waiting for our priority dates to become current?
