For Pending 485 and AOS, file new EB2 labor and port the date

hi,
I am working on EAD(EB3) using AC 21 provision. Can i file a new labor from different employer in EB2 and change the category from EB3 to EB2 for the existing 485.

I have applied EAD in 2005 and changed the employer after 6 months using AC21 . Now I am on EAD.

Can I change the employer and file a labor& 140 in EB2 and change the pending priority date?
 
Do you have your I-140 approved or not?. If it is approved, then the PD is yours and you can port that PD to any future I-140 applications.
 
My I140 is approved.
But if I change my employer, it would be my third employment.

I have changed my employer using ac21 and working on EAD. Now on EAD, i wanted to change the employment and joined another for EB2.
My priority date is jan 2002
