For many October/Nov filers AVM says "The case has been rejected"

I had filed 485, EAD,AP in Oct 2001. After I got receipts from my lawyer, I checked the AVM and entered my case number then it says on this day your case has been rejected, for all 485,EAD,AP. Though I have the proper receipt notices for those dates saying "your case has been received". I talked to another oct filer he also said he also heard the same thing.
Any of you guys have knowledge about these kinds of messages??

Guys, call IIO!
I would like to suggest that instead of wondering by yourself, just call IIO to clearify that. Most of the time the AVM had messed up.
