My nD is and EAC are same as yours, did you call IIO to find out. I talked to her yesterday and was rude and saying 3-6 weeks and is not with an officer. Heard they are not processing application till 13th.

Could you please share info, if you know more

My details are PD feb\'97- EB2 RD/ND july 15th and aug 3rd
FP pn 17th july at boston, INS claims they received it end of july.

2. When was ur EAD renewed last (date please) ?

On another note, it seems there a large number of I485 ND\'s in the month of August with the same EAC#, (issued on the same day) [Julian Day --> EAC-99-231, 232, 233, 234 etc...]. So hang in tight, the queue should flush out slowly but surely.

I took my EAD in local INS office, and I renewed it today again at local INS.
My wife also has received an RFE, I don\'t know the contants of the RFE yet, my attorny thinks it might be for aletter from my employer,
after seeing so many postings here I feel the RFE is for birth certificate, as my compony has not changed after I applied for AOS.
I will post the details once I receive.
