For help about H-1B visa!!!

My H-1B visa will expired September this year. If I terminated present position now and I will not go to find another employer. Thus can I stay here till September ?

Your H1 visa (the stamp in your passport) is NOT related to how long you can stay in the U.S. If you terminate your current H1 based employment (irrespective of your H1 validity date), you will be out of status immediately unless you have another status application pending.
